No go

We didn't pass court today. The judge called it a pretrial. We go back on the 6th. A number of things came up. Please pray that all is resolved by then. That's all I'm at liberty to say right now.
Also, there was somehow a question with the homestudy again so CIS has not yet given the approval. Please pray for quick resolution for this problem. I thought it had been resolved already. Clearly I was wrong.
Nastia, as always, is a delight. We are deeper in love with her every day.

We will be praying for you! What is the issue with your HS? Is it something that other people heading to Ukraine should be aware of when doing their HS?
Our prayers are with you!

We are praying for you and Nastia. We are also praying for your approval, and for God's timing in everything.

I'm sure you can get everything sorted out within the next 7 days. You can do it! Hang in there. It will all be worth it. More time to get acquainted with your girl so the transition will be smoother.

NO worries for anyone else's homestudy. It is a problem specific to mine. Because of how it was written, our i171h only approves a child to 4 years old. One day older and it doesn't apply. Well, I guess that is a good cautionary note for anyone getting a homestudy.
Blessings,
